About Me! Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Chrissy, a mom of two young kids with a big heart for other moms. 

I’ve spent many years coaching women, but becoming a mom myself made me aware of the lack of postpartum support there is in the fitness world. I’ve struggled with my own postpartum challenges that has forced me to find answers and become trained in this area of fitness. Every mom deserves to live life with inner and outer strength, without anything holding her back!
